A: The cash rebate offer is valid only when you use a real estate agent referred by a Home Connections representative to close on the purchase or sale of a home.
Q: I have my own realtor. Can I still use the program?
A: Your real estate agent must be part of the Home Connections network of realtors. We have agreements in place with our agents that allow us to share a percentage of the broker’s commission to consumers who use the Home Connections program. If your agent has not been referred to you by a Home Connections representative, then unfortunately you do not qualify for the rebate program.
Q: Can I get the real estate rebate if I chose to work with a different mortgage lender?
A: Yes, as long as you work with the real estate agent we refer you to for a home sale or purchase.
